Reporting Bias

Michigan State University has a comprehensive anti-discrimination policy and processes to review claims of discrimination and bias.

To file a complaint against a student in violation of community standards or University policy, visit the Dean of Students. On-campus residents are encouraged to begin this process by first speaking with their Community Director.

For mediation of concerns around violation of University policy, discrimination or harassment, or other grievances, students can contact the Office of the University Ombudsperson.
